Do you remember watching the bubbles float through the air so effortlessly?

A couple of years ago I was going through a tough time in my marriage. That resulted in me leaving. I left. tough as it was at the time best thing for me and probably my ex too. I started working a lot. I got hurt at work and was off work for over 3 years.

In that three years I started to reassess the way I view life. Simplify it.

Finally I settled on...

Green Check Mark or Red X

Green Check Mark = yes! lets do it again

Red X = nope, not gonna happen again

Well to keep my happy space.... I started to protect my bubble.

Imagine this ….

When you blow a bubble and it lands on a surface, but doesn't pop!

Have you ever looked closely at it, even IF you were trying to poke it or pop it. See how many times you could touch it before it popped. Trying to stick the bubble blower wand back into the bubble. ?

I looked at that bubble and saw rainbow colours swirling around on the surface of the bubble.

So I started protecting my bubble of rainbow colours and unicorns. I imagine the sky or rainbow swirls. Stay in the moment with me, in my happy place.

There will always be THOSE PEOPLE....

the people that try to pop your rainbow swirling bubble. Ruin your happy place. Try to make you unhappy because they can't stand being around you while you are happy.
